Payment Options – How to pay

Cards and currency accepted. Fantastic Furniture accepts payments made by cash, Visa and MasterCard for purchases in stores.

All payments must be made in AUD currency only.

You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for a Product using any fraudulent or unlawful means; your nominated payment method may trigger fraud prevention protocols – should this occur, we may contact you to confirm additional details or cancel the transaction.

We assume no liability for any loss or damage suffered by you where a credit card is used fraudulently or in an unauthorised manner.

Deductible Gift Recipient Status

Gifts of $2 or more to of our charity partners in Australia are tax deductible. ABN Information:

Exchanges and Refunds

If there is a change of mind when purchasing a charity partner gift card, you may request a refund from Fantastic Furniture to the value of the charity partner gift card purchase, but no exchanges can be made on such purchases.
